SUHNER motors offer new development perspectives
Based on different motor types which have proved themselves in electric tools for many years, SUHNER transmission expert is offering built-in milling and universal motors in three sizes, which allow customers to adapt their specific machines to the widest range of applications, quickly and economically.

All three sizes are made as highly efficient, shockproof universal motors with high driving power and ideal dimensions. They have a clamping collar with a 43 mm diameter in a steel construction and rugged double ball bearings. This makes it possible to perform high-precision milling and drilling operations.

Models with tachometer control electronics provide constant work speeds and thus uniform cutting speeds and very quiet running operation. These types are also equipped with a PTC thermal monitor. The soft-start feature reduces wear on both motor and tool. With their high idle speeds, types without tachometer control electronics are ideal for brief, high-revving milling operations.

In addition to the described properties, the motor’s module principle also allows special, customized solutions even for small lot sizes. As a result, application-specific models for tool holders, clamping collars, switch or control units can be provided on short notice.
